To record a customer on a sale, follow the steps below



  1. On the left at the top of the Sell Screen you will see Cash Customer, click Add Customer
  2. A search screen will appear, pre-loaded with the first 50 customers it finds, if you start typing it will filter the list
  3. If your customer is found, you can click + Add a Customer, and Turbo Inventory will open a new screen for you so you can add a customer


You can add:

  • Name
  • Phone
  • Address
  • Email


Once you've added the customer detail's, click Create New Customer. This customer will now be added to the sale and our database for future reference




View existing customer details from the sell screen

If you would like to view the information you have on a particular customer, add them to the sale and click their name

This will open the customer details window, displaying all current information you have attached to this customer



Tips

If you applied a note to this customer, you could view these by clicking the 'Notes on customer' tab on this windows
