Park Sales in Turbo Inventory

What are Park Sales

Sometimes when you are serving a customer, they may meed to leave the counter during the sale and you might want to serve another customer

  • For instance, the customer might have left their wallet in the car
  • Or, you maybe doing a personal shopping experience with them and another Cashier wants to serve their customer


Creating Park Sales

To place a sale on Park

  1. There must be at least one product on the sale
  2. Click the Park (F8) button or else click F8 on your keyboard


The Sale Screen will now reset to a new Sale and allow you to continue serving customer




Retrieve a Parked Sale

  1. From the new sale screen, click Recall (F8), or click F8 on your keyboard
  2. All Parked sales for the last 30 days will auto load, normally a Parked Sale should never go over the current day
  3. If you need to find an older Parked Sale, you can change the From and To Date and click Search
  4. Once you have founded the Parked Sale, click View
  5. The Sales Invoice Details screen will now show you the invoice details, click Continue and this will recall the sale
  6. You can now finish the Sale as normal



Cancel a Park Sale

Sometimes, a customer might need to cancel their Parked sale.


To cancel the sale:

  • Retrieve the Park sale
  • For each item in the sale click the Red Trash Can button
  • Once all items are gone your Parked Sale is now cancelled
  • Don't forget to return the items to the shop floor to be sold again!



Dismiss the sale/start over

If you have accidentally continued the wrong Parked Sale, you can simple click Park (F8), or use the F8 button, to exit. The sale won’t be deleted, and you can go back to it at any time.
