Putting an Account on Hold

  1. Head onto the left-hand Navigation Bar and click Customers
  2. Search for and Edit the customer you want
  3. On the right hand side you will see Account on Hold, change this to Yes
  4. Now click Save


Manager Override during an Invoice

  1. Head onto the left-hand Navigation Bar and click Sales
  2. Click NEW SALE and select the account that was put on hold, add items to the sale and click CHARGE TO ACCOUNT and the following message will be displayed
  3. Click CONTINUE to move forward with a Cash Sale
  4. Enter the Manager Password and click CONTINUE to charge the Invoice to the customer


Automatically put Customers on hold


Turbo Inventory has the ability to put a Customer account on hold, if an Invoice is over due. This option needs to be enabled in Turbo Inventory

  1. Head onto the left-hand Navigation Bar and click Config
  2. Click Settings
  3. From the tab menu click AUTOMATION
  4. You will an option called "Automatically put a customer "Account On Hold" when an invoice is overdue"
  5. Slide the toggle control to Yes
  6. Click SAVE
