Adding a Signature

In order to move to a paperless practice you need to be able to sign your prescription without the need to print them. For this reason Turbo Inventory as add an Electronic Signature option



To add your Signature

  1. Click Settings & tools
  2. Click Staff Users
  3. Click Edit on your user record
  4. Scroll down to the Signature section
  5. If you see "Your signature has been recorded, if you wish to change it please sign below", then you have already recorded a signature
  6. If you don't see this message or want to change your signature, press and hold the mouse, then drag the cursor in the blank space (black box) to create your signature
  7. Click Save Changes



Your signature is now saved and as you assign yourself to prescriptions your signature will automatically print on them
