The Consultation Screen allows your Veterinary staff to record the consultation with the patient directly into Turbo Inventory. Once this information has been entered the staff then as the option to either save the information or convert it to an invoice and send it directly to the front counter
Note
When saving the Consultation, is does not deduct any stock used as it is assumed that this will also be invoiced to the customer
Clinic Screen
To access the Clinic Screen, select Clinic from the side menu
From the Clinic screen you can review all the patients, view their history, add new patients or start a consultation for any patient
Patient View
From the patient view screen you can review Notes, Prescriptions, Medication history of the patient. You can also see the Visit history and when the patient was last in the practice. From here you can also see the client details and contact details
Consultation
The Consultation screen allows you Veterinary staff to record the visit of the patient. From here you can add the following
- All products used in the consultation
- All notes involved in the consultation
- The Diagnosis for the consultation
From here you can then send the invoice to the front counter or simply record the consultation for historical purposes
