Using the Topaz Signature Pad you are able to record the customers signature during the following scenarios

  • When creating a Hire Note
  • When creating a Sales Invoice and charging to the customer account



Enabling the Signature Pad

Firstly you will need to enable the Signature Pad, this can be done by following these steps


  1. Click Settings & tools
  2. Click Other
  3. Click Advanced Configuration
  4. Click Hardware
  5. Enabled Signature Pad  Connected
  6. Click Save


Installing SigWeb

In order to be able to record the Signature you need to install the SigWeb software. Follow steps 1-4 from Enabling the Signature Pad. Then click Download the SigWeb Software. Once the SigWeb software is downloaded run it and follow the on screen instructions. Once you get to the Configure Tablet Connection you will need to select the following

  • Prefix: T-L
  • Model Series: BL-462
  • Suffix: -HSB-R



Finish the Install


You can now post a sample Hire Note to test the signature pad
