In order to meet the Department of Agriculture requirements for Prescription printing you need to assign the Licence Number to a product. The Licence Number can also be referred to as the VPA number of the EU Number

As the same product can be sold under different barcodes, e.g. Rhiniseg can come in a 10 Dose Bottle, 25 Dose Bottle and 50 Dose Bottle, and you need to track these individaully. Turbo Inventory allows you to create 3 different products and then assign the licence number to each of them

Assign the Licence Number

1. Click on Stock
2. Click on Products
3. Search for you Product and click the drop down arrow and select Edit
4. Scroll down to Dispensing
5. Enter you Licence Number under Licence Number
6. Click Save

Now when printing Prescription this Licence Number will print on the VPA\EU location
