Adding Product Options to a Hire Note (Rental Order)

Once you have set up you Product Options they will become available when you are adding a product to the Hire Note.



Adding Product Option

  1. Start a Hire Note
  2. Scan or Search for you Product
  3. A new screen will open up shown all the available options


You can use the tickbox in the Header to select or de-select all items. You can also manually tick on an line to select or de-select it.


Under Sale or Pick when you see Picking Only this will mean that the item will be added to the Hire Note but will not printing on the Hire Note to the customer or convert across to a Sales Invoice when invoicing the Hire Note



Once you have selected the options you require you click Add selected options and these will be added to the Hire Note



On the Hire Note page, you will be able to set the quantity that needs to be picked. You can also see from this page which items are Picking Only
