Your business may have a full range of products on offer that can be sold alongside your regular services, or products that are used from internal consumption. To add your products:
- Head onto the left-hand Navigation Bar and click Stock
- Click the ADD PRODUCT button and you will forwarded to the new product page
- If you already know the Sku (also known as Barcode or Part Number) enter it into the Part Number field
- If you don't know the Sku click Generate and the system will create a Sku for you
- All the information in red is required.
- If you know the cost and enter this the system will generate and track your Margin
- Change the Type to "Rental\Hire" and the option for pricing the Product by Hour\Day\Week and Month will become available
- Quantity on Hand is where you enter the number of units you have for Rental\Hire
- Once all the information is entered click SAVE

- Add your Categories and Suppliers first so they are easy to allocate to your products as you add new items
