How to add a Product

Your business may have a full range of products on offer that can be sold alongside your regular services, or products that are used from internal consumption. To add your products:         

  1. Head onto the left-hand Navigation Bar and click Stock
  2. Click the ADD PRODUCT button and you will forwarded to the new product page
  3. If you already know the Sku (also known as Barcode or Part Number) enter it into the Part Number field
  4. If you don't know the Sku click Generate and the system will create a Sku for you
  5. All the information in red is required.
  6. If you know the cost and enter this the system will generate and track your Margin
  7. Once all the information is entered click SAVE

Things to keep in mind:

  • If you would prefer to Bulk upload products, contact us on [email protected]
  • Add your Categories and Suppliers first so they are easy to allocate to your products as you add new items
