Supplier (Purchasing) Promotions

1. Head onto the left-hand Navigation Bar and click Stock
2. Click the Promotions button and you will forwarded to the page displaying your current in-date promotions
3. Click Add Promotion, and this will bring you to the new promotion page
4. Fill out all the required information and click COMPLETE
5. 
   
   • Description: This is a description you give the promotion in order to quickly identify it. We recommend having the product name\brand in this
   • Type: For a Supplier Promotion you need to select Purchase Promotion
   • Start\End Date: The dates in which the promotion is valid
   • Quantity: The amount you must buy in order to qualify for the promotion
   • Discount: The fixed discount the supplier is giving you
     • Once the promotion is active and you purchase the required amount of the product the system will automatically apply the discount to the Purchase

Assigning a Promotion to a Product

1. Head onto the left-hand Navigation Bar and click Stock
2. Search for the product you are looking for and click Edit
3. Under Details you will see Supplier Offr, this is a drop list of all the active promotions
4. Select your require Promotion and click Save
