1. Log into your Account
2. Click on Incoming Payment
3. Click on the Customer drop down
4. Select the required Customer
Click on Test Customer
6. Type in the amount to pay of the Sales Invoice
7. Type in the amount to take from the Credit Note
8. Select the Payment Type
10. Click on Record - The record button will show the amount due to be collected from the customer
