Adding a Dispensing fee

Dispensing fees help ensure that your practice charges the correct amount for different products and services—whether that means they're more difficult or for controlled substances. 




Adding the Dispensing Fee to the Product

  1. Find the product you are looking for and click View
  2. Click Edit
  3. Scroll down to the Pricing section
  4. After Price you will see Dispensing fee, fill the fee into here
  5. Click Save






Viewing and changing the Dispensing Fee during a Consult

  1. Add the product to the Consult as normal
  2. There will be a new textbox under the Price column
  3. From here you can change the Dispensing Fee if you want





Viewing and changing the Dispensing Fee during the Invoice

When you add a product ti the invoice with a Dispensing Fee it will also be available for you to change or edit it.




You can also see the Dispensing Fee when viewing an Invoice



*** When a dispensing fee has been used on the invoice, then the unit price of the product will not print on the Invoice
