1. Make sure the emulation is set to Microline.
    1. Press SHIFT+SEL to enter Menu Mode
    2. Press LF - the printer will print out the emulation that it is set to.
    3. Press TEAR to change if necessary.
    4. Press SHIFT+SEL to save and exit Menu Mode.
  2. Set the Form Tear-Off feature to the desired pause setting in the Menu
    1. Press SHIFT+SEL to enter Menu Mode
    2. Press GROUP until the Rear Feed or Bottom Feed (whichever you are using) appears in the first column.
    3. Press ITEM until the Form Tear-Off item appears in the second column.
    4. Press SET until the desired pause time appears in the third column. This may be set to 500ms, 1 second, or 2 seconds. The recommended setting is 500ms.)
  3. While still in the Menu Mode, set the page length to match the length of the invoice form.
    1. Follow steps 1 & 2 from #2 above
    2. Press ITEM until the Page length item appears in the second column.
    3. Press SET until the desired page length appears in the third column.
    4. Press SHIFT+SEL to save the changes & exit Menu Mode.
  4. Set the TOF to the factory default.
    1. Park the printer.
    2. Turn the printer off, then hold down the PARK & Quiet/TO buttons while turning the printer back on.
  5. Set the Tear Position (Make sure that the paper is parked before continuing)
    1. FF/Load paper - paper will hesitate and then move up to the tear area on the access cover.
    2. Hold the SHIFT button and use the Micro Feed buttons to move the form up or down until the top of the age is level with the paper tear edge on the access cover, then release the SHIFT button.
  6. Set the TOF to the desired position.
    1. Press and hold the TEAR button. (Paper will move down to where printing will begin.)
    2. With the TEAR button held, press and hold the Shift button.
    3. With the Shift button held, release the TEAR button.
    4. Using the Micro Feed buttons, position the paper to where you want to begin printing. (The printhead should be just below the level of the fourth perforation on the side of the invoice form.)
    5. Release the SHIFT button. (Paper will move back up to the tear position.)
