            1.Log into your Account

            2. Click on  Settings & tools

            Click on Settings & tools

            3. Click on VAT Settings

            Click on VAT Settings

            4. Click on Create Rate

            Click on ctl00$ContentPlaceHolder1$taxratelist$Button1

            5. Enter the name

            Click on Name

            6. Enter the Rate

            Click on Percentage

            7. Decided if the Rate of for re-sale or not

            Click on No from Not for ReSale …

            8. Click on Save

            Click on ctl00$ContentPlaceHolder1$taxrateedit$btnUpdate
