Sometimes you will need to exchange the Hire equipment that you have out with the customer. These are the steps to do this




Perform Exchange

  1. Click Hire Contracts
  2. Click Hires
  3. Click Edit on the required Hire Contract
  4. On the Hire line click the more button and select Exchange
  5. This will show you the Product Search screen, from here select the new Hire Product and you will get feed on if the exchange was completed



Create Exchange Docket

Turbo Inventory provide a Warehouse Module in order to allow you to put more then one exchange item on the truck at the same time. These are the steps to do this


  1. Click Warehouse
  2. Click Deliveries
  3. You will be presented with all the available Deliveries and Collections. Tick all you need and click + Add to Dispatch
  4. A new screen will pop up for you to confirm the details, enter a Reference and select a Carrier. Click Update to create the Dispatch



Print Exchange Docket

  1. Click Warehouse
  2. Click Picking Lists
  3. Click the more button on your Dispatch and click Print Picking Slip
  4. Once the items have been loaded you can click Mark as Shipped to close the Dispatch
