The VetLink facility in Kingswood Herd eliminates the need for you to record purchase and treatment details of medicines obtained from your vet. All purchases and their treatments – whether to individual animals or to groups of animals – are read in from the VetLink file quickly and accurately.
In order to be able to export this information, the customer must have a Herd Number attached
Exporting the Data
- Click Analytics
- Scroll down and select VetLink under Veterinary
- Select the customer and time period and click Refresh
- If you are happy with the data click the Drop Down arrow and click CSV Download
- Take the file and email it you the customer using the email address provided by Kingswood or the Farmer
