How do I admit a Patient?

Sometimes you will need to admit a patient into the clinic. This article goes over the steps to perform this and also discharge the patient

Admitting the Patient

1. In order to admit a patient you need to be in a Consult.
2. Once you have entered all the information click Admit Patient (green)
3. Now you can finish the consult as normal

Viewing Hospitalised Animals

1. From the Clinic screen click Hospitalised

Discharging a Patient

1. In order to discharge a patient you need to be the Hospitalised page
2. Find the Patient you need to Discharge
3. Click Discharge
4. Fill out the Discharge Date
5. Fill out the Discharge Notes
6. Click Save

When viewing the Patient notes, you will see the notes that belong to Consults where the patient has been hospitalised
