Printing a Patient's Medical Record

There are two ways you can print medical records from a patient:

• By edit the Patient

• Printing from the Consult Screen

Printing a Patient's Medical Records

To print a patient's medical record:

1. Click Clinic

2. Find the animal and click View

3. Click Edit

4. Click Print Medical History

5. Open the downloaded medical record

6. Print

To print a patient's medical record:

1. Start the Consult

2. If the client only has one Patient you will see Print Medical History, click this

3. If the client has more than one Patient, click "X other patients"

4. Click on the print icon for the Patient you want the Medical History for

5. Open the downloaded medical record

6. Print

With only one Patient

With multiple Patients
