Automatically email customer statements

Manually running statements is time consuming and can end up taking a day each month. Running a business is already hard enough without losing time to tasks that can be automated. This document outlines how to automate the emailing of Customer Statements




Turning on Automatic Statements

  1. Click Settings & tools
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Advanced Configuration
  3. Click Statement


There are other statement options in here, and it is could to take time to review them all. To turn on Automatic statement tick Automatically email statements to customers




When will these statements email to the customer

By default statements will be emailed between 7-8am on the first of the month, but if you have set When doing a Batch Print or Email of statements after this date run it upto this date, then this is the date that the emails will automatically send to the customers
