This report tracks Gift Cards an Credit Notes you have issued.
Track your total outstanding liability as well as Gift Card\Credit Notes sales and redemption activity
You can easily see:
- How much money is tied up in Gift Cards & Credit Notes
- What Gift Cards and Credit Notes are coming due
- The activity of the Gift Card and Credit Notes
Running the report
- Head onto the left-hand Navigation Bar and click Analytics
- Under the SALES section you will see the Gift Card & Credit Notes report, click this and you will be brought into the report
- Using the options at the top of the report you can filter by Status and From\To Dates
