This report tracks Gift Cards an Credit Notes you have issued.                            

Track your total outstanding liability as well as Gift Card\Credit Notes sales and redemption activity                            

You can easily see:

• How much money is tied up in Gift Cards & Credit Notes
•     
• What Gift Cards and Credit Notes are coming due
•         
• The activity of the Gift Card and Credit Notes

Running the report

1. Head onto the left-hand Navigation Bar and click Analytics
2. Under the SALES section you will see the Gift Card & Credit Notes report, click this and you will be brought into the report
3. Using the options at the top of the report you can filter by Status and From\To Dates
